Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story

by Barry Freed on September 29, 2005

Last night, I met Kristina at Central Square. Since she has the day off on Wednesdays, she met up with her friend Zhara (probably spelled that wrong) for lunch and some shopping. Zhara went to MIT and is on their alumni association. Ben Mezrich and Semyon Dukach were speakers last night at an event to promote Mezrich's new book “Busting Vegas”. Ben Mezrich is the author of “Bringing Down The House” the story of MIT's blackjack club, and students who figured out how to take the casinos for millions.
On the way to meet Kristina, I popped into Barnes & Noble to grab a book. I'd heard about a book that someone wrote about Google and the search industry, so I wanted to check it out. It's called “The Search: How Google and Its Rivals Rewrote the Rules of Business and Transformed Our Culture”generic viagra

Before going home, she wanted to go to the Cambridgeside Galleria to go to Borders books. But when we got there, she immediately went to BestBuy to get me the new Family Guy DVD. Clever ruse. She just wanted to buy that for me. Excellent.
So last night we watched it. I have to say it was really funny. I love the Family Guy a lot, and it follows that I would love a lot of Family Guy. Which I did.
Without ruining the whole story, I'll say that the story involves Stewie (obviously) seeing a man that looked and sounded exactly like him on TV. He thinks the man must be his father, so he and Brian go across the country to find him. Rather than being Stewie's father, the man is actually Stewie from the future, and Stewie doesn't like how his life will turn out.
It's great. Check it out.

PS- Links to books and DVDs here go to Amazon.com. I couldn't think of a better place to point people. I'm not going to make this blog an ad farm……I promise.
