Yesterday was Patriot’s Day here in Massachusetts, so Kristina and I had the day off. Opie and Anthony were broadcasting from Bill’s Bar, so we got up early and went to see the live broadcast.
Live broadcasts can be very difficult. Especially when it is an 8:00 am broadcast from a small bar filled with drunks. Yes, by 9:00 there were some very drunk people around.
I will post pictures and go into more detail later, but I just wanted to post this:
When the broadcast was over, Anthony made a very ominious, mysterious announcement. He thanked the crowd and told us to keep an eye out for some big news in the next few weeks. The crowd then began chanting “BCN! BCN!”
I think it is about to happen.
In addition to this, Buckcherry (the band) was a guest during the show. One of the band members mentioned how much he loved satellite radio, to which Anthony replied “”Yes, Satelitte Radio rules, at least for another few weeks”
I really hope they stay on XM and do the syndication thing…..but I’m guessing that may be over.
