Well, here we are for (fanfare, puhleeeze!) week 2 of the Bookies! Last week we brought you the homespun pizza ramblings of Albert Grande and pizzatherapy.com. As I mentioned in our premiere episode, the idea of the Bookies was to bring to your attention a site that isn’t as famous as, say, Craigslist or Wikipedia, but has a similar level of usefulness to everyone - like, once you start getting into it, you’ll find yourself using it all the time. Instructables can help you out.  Everything comes with handy-dandy photos of each instruction step, with mouse-over instruction highlights.

But branch out, think outside the box, and instructables still has something for you. Step-by-step instructions on how to make Skittles-infused Vodka.  For the foodies out there, there are recipes galore.  For the hardcore builders, make a car-battery powered laser projector that will display a message 20 stories high on the side of a skyscraper!
