One of the things that everyone loves about the internet is the opportunity to become a know-it-all busybody. Wikipedians, how-to forum trolls, if you’ve spent any time on the web with a question, you know there’s some sweaty keyboard jockey out there who’s going to answer it with an undertone for you.

Interviews With Regular People
October 31st, 2006 · 5 Comments
On Sunday night, while watching football and eating steak tips at Evan’s place (BTW: I realized what a complete dork I was when I found myself watching the Colts vs. the Broncos only because one player was on our fantasy football team!), I had an idea.
I really like interviewing people. I’m a curious person, and [...]

Bloggers Helping Bloggers
August 18th, 2006 · 6 Comments
This morning when I got in, I went through my usual routine: check RSS feeds, go through emails, etc. However, I noticed that a blog I frequently read was unavailable. There was a WordPress error, saying WordPress couldn’t connect to the database.
So, I sent an email to the blogger, just to let her know the [...]

Not only has he drawn the entire city, he has created its historical, geographical, cultural and economic description.
The site is very slow right now, but [...]

March 28th, 2006 · No Comments
I just played the most infuriating game of all time: “Don’t Shoot The Puppy.”
There are no instructions, you just have to figure out the game as you go along. Go play it. I finished in 10 minutes, 14 seconds.

January 26th, 2006 · 1 Comment
I don’t know what made me do this, but I decided to see what was going on when I was born. Specifically, on the day I was born.
Event 1: Guy in Finland sees UFO.
It looks like a lamp to me, but maybe that’s how the aliens are tricking us. From the article:
Jarmo Nykanen made [...]

New Artist (to me)
January 6th, 2006 · 1 Comment
I don’t spend too much time checking out BoingBoing.net, but when I do, I usually find something that is interesting to me. Today, I found a post about Mark Ryden, an artist that does some great surrealist work. I have to get some of his stuff.
From his bio:
Mark Ryden came to preeminence in the [...]

Coca Cola Blak
December 13th, 2005 · 4 Comments
I just read on Yahoo that Coke plans to launch a new product called Coca-Cola Blak, which is going to be a “coffee infused soft drink.”
The article goes on to say:
Analysts have said one of the keys to the company’s future is capturing more consumers who have moved away from sugary soft drinks to diet [...]

Server switch finally over
November 14th, 2005 · No Comments
I made it just under the gun. About 10 minutes ago, I finally finished transferring all of my domains from ReviseMedia to A Small Orange.
It was a painful process, but it’s finally over. Now I can start writing again! Excellent.
